What are you passionate about?

As a mom of two active girls my days are filled with dance, gymnastics, speed swim and school (well not passionate all the time about homework)

What is your favourite form of exercise?

HITT workouts (I don't have much time) and walking

What are your specialties or special interests

CES: Talking to clients! If you have questions from booking an appointment to what can expect at physiotherapy, give me a call! Even if Southeast Physiotherapy can't offer the services you need, I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
